1. Services Offered
Pearl Immigration Solutions provides immigration consultancy services, including but not limited to advising on immigration options, document preparation, application submission, and guidance throughout the immigration process. Our services are designed to assist clients in navigating the complexities of immigration law.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information necessary for the immigration process. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information are the client's responsibility.
3. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the services provided by Pearl Immigration Solutions. The fee structure will be outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees for initial consultations, administrative work, and document preparation are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Pearl Immigration Solutions will treat all client information with utmost confidentiality. However, certain information may be disclosed to government agencies or other third parties as required by law or as necessary for the provision of services.
6. Communication
Clients are responsible for maintaining open and timely communication with Pearl Immigration. We will use email, phone calls, and other agreed-upon methods to communicate with clients. It is the client's responsibility to inform us promptly of any changes in contact information.
7. Termination of Services
Pearl Immigration Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or illegal activities. In such cases, fees paid may not be refundable.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
9. Amendment of Terms
Pearl Immigration Solutions reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the amended terms.
